In Vivo Expression of the Immunogen:

Target protein fragment of a 100 amino acid residues is cloned into an expression vector that is delivered to primary cells of host animal resulting in a large immunogen that is synthesized, folded, and secreted utilizing the host animal's cell machinery. The immune response elicited results in exceptionally highly specific antibodies with high affinity, high titer, and high avidity to the target protein.

Bioinformatics Design of the Immunogen:

SDI's protein analysis algorithms selects the optimal 100 amino acid residues that ensure highly specific antibodies that are able to recognize the target protein while remaining tolerant to polymorphism, hetergenecity of glycosylation, denaturation, and mutations, than those developed against peptides/synthetic surrogates.

Consistent Performance Across Platforms:
