Monoclonal Genomic Antibody Technology®

For development of monoclonal antibodies with Genomic Antibody Technology®, SDIX selects three regions of your protein for in vivo expression. This increases the probability of obtaining useful monoclonal antibodies. Sera and supernatants are tested by SDIX using immunogen expressed in the laboratory. We send sera and supernatant as well as the results of our testing for your evaluation. Cryopreserved hybridoma cell lines are the product. These cell lines can be used for monoclonal antibody production.

Phase I:  Development of Immune Mice
Timing:  84 days from receipt of protein sequence to selection of mice for cell fusion
