Monoclonal Genomic Antibodies®

For development of monoclonal Genomic Antibodies®, SDI selects three regions of your protein for in vivo expression. This increases the probability of obtaining useful monoclonal antibodies. Sera and supernatants are tested by SDI using immunogen expressed in the laboratory. We send sera and supernatant as well as the results of our testing for your evaluation. Cryopreserved hybridoma cell lines are the product. These cell lines can be used for monoclonal antibody production.

Development of monoclonal Genomic Antibodies® has two phases:

Phase I:  Development of Immune Mice
Timing:  84 days from receipt of protein sequence to selection of mice for cell fusion
Price:  $10,000
Phase II:  Development of Monoclonal Genomic Antibodies®
Timing:  84 days from start of fusion work to delivery of final report
Price:  $10,000

Total project time: 168 days
Total project price: $20,000
