Antibody Purification

High purity monoclonal antibodies are delivered using our column chromatography methods. Our most popular and most efficient method, Protein A affinity chromatography, consistently delivers monoclonal antibody with expected yield and excellent binding activity. For those rare antibodies that cannot be purified using Protein A, ion exchange chromatography and size exclusion chromatography are available. For in vivo studies, monoclonal antibodies are purified using methods that prevent the introduction of endotoxin rather than remove endotoxin at the conclusion of the process.
